1.20.1/1.19.x F/A Port Version OUT and I made a Discord Server!

Basic Info

This is a lightweight modpack focused around the mod "Fossils and archaeology revival".
This mod has plenty of realistic dinosaurs, like the Ankylosaurus, T-Rex, Triceratops and many more!

Note: the legacy versions (1.5 and 1.6) require some extra steps to get working, please see the specific install instructions.

This modpack also contains a lot of mods to enhance your park building and overall experience!
For example, chisel for 1.12.2 and rechiseled for newer versions adds many more building blocks so your park can be even more beautiful!
Additionally, Pam's harvestcraft and farmer's delight also add many delicious types of food you and your dinos can enjoy!

How to install(1.7.10+):

1. Install the Modrinth App
2. Search the modpack in Discover Content
3. Click on it
4. Click on versions
5. Select your desired version and get ready to play!

How to install 1.5 and 1.6 versions:

How to install 1.5 and 1.6 **You need prismlauncher or multimc for these 2, as the modrinth launcher has trouble with old mc versions.** **Also note that these 2 versions have a lighting rendering issue, which I have heard can be solved by downloading the Karyonix’s ShadersMod, but I could not find a working download for that, and even if I could find one I probably could not redistribute it anyway. However, feel free to try it if you can find it.** **Because these 2 versions are so old, they only have these mods:** * NEI * Tinker's Construct * Fossils and Archaeology: Revival * A WAILA-type mod * A food mod(1.6 only) **1.6**: 1 install from mrpack in your launcher 2 run the game once, it will crash almost instantly 3 install a random 1.6.4 ftb legacy modpack in your launcher 4 copy the codechickenlib file(which I couldnt redistribute due to legal reasons) from mods/1.6.4 in the ftb legacy modpack, to the mods/1.6.4 folder in the FDM pack, and replace the already existing file with the same name there 5 the game should work **1.5** 1 install the mrpack 2 the game will launch, but is missing tinker's construct for 1.5.2((which I couldnt redistribute due to legal reasons) 3 add a private ftb legacy pack using code "152ngt"(code from ftb wiki) in your launcher, then copy the tinker's construct file from that modpack to the FDM mods folder. 4 Now the game should have tinker's construct as well! enjoy!

The 1.12.2 is the base for the modpack. I do not keep track of the exacts mods of the newer, constantly updating versions, but I have an archive of the 1.12.2 and 1.7.10 versions. These are the mods each version has:

Note: The base metals mod got no replacement in 1.18.2+ versions as it doesn't serve enough of a purpose in the modpack because of Tinker's Construct being similar in some way

It has a few other mods that dont do anything major. There is a 1.12.2 version and a 1.7.10 versions. the versions have different mods because the 1.12.2 mods dont all have 1.7.10 versions. The latest 1.12.2 mods are: ido(1.13 swimming), obfuscate, base metals(more metals), connected textures mod, chisel, mmdlib, iron chest(more chests), llibrary, construct's armory, death chest, Fossils and archaeology revival, journey map, just enough items, mantle, mixin bootstrap, neat, orespawn(library mod), pams harvest craft, hwyla and tinkers construct, the strippy tyrannosaurus texture pack and the faithful 32x texture pack. the 1.7.10 latest version has chisel, codechickenlib unofficial 1.7.10, codechickencore unofficial 1.7.10, cosmetic armor, custom damage particles, fossils and archaelogy revival, gravestones die classy updated, mantle, not enought items unofficial 1.7.10, tinkers construct, llibrary and the faithful 32x texture pack. i also recommend you add optifine and prehistoric nature. i cant add them because of their license. i made this modpack so you can enjoy fossils and archaelogy revival with a few mods. i dont own any of this modpack's mods. All the pictures in the gallery contain dinosaurs from fossils and archaeology revival and the icon is the fossil item from fossils and archaeology revival. This will have updates. There will be updated versions for 1.18.2 when fossils and archaelogy revival comes out for that version.
