these shaders are made for the lowest end of pcs getting over 60fps on a gt730

these shaders are also made to be very minimal VERY MINIMAL but also keep a good aesthetic
while not frying your pc.

Tested on a gt730 at 1080p

got me 70/80 fps on fullscreen and on windowed 250

this was made because i was fed up of them shaders saying it will run on a potatoe and giving 10fps
